Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 02/10/2026

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from Honey Bunny Wardrobe through honeybunnywardrobe.com and our social-media accounts.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Business details

Business name: Honey Bunny Wardrobe
Email: honeybunnywardrobe2026@gmail.com

2. Our products

We sell pre-owned clothing, accessories, shoes and designer bags. Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are second-hand and may show signs of age, previous use, storage, alteration or repair.

Each product is unique and normally available in a quantity of one. Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve it. A product may be sold to another customer until payment and order confirmation are complete.

We may withdraw a product from sale, correct an error or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • the product has already been sold;

  • its price or description contains a genuine error;

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • we reasonably suspect fraud; or

  • we identify an authenticity, ownership or safety concern.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund it using the original payment method.

3. Condition and product descriptions

We inspect products and make reasonable efforts to describe their condition accurately. Listings may identify wear such as fading, pilling, stains, odour, scratches, tarnishing, loose threads, missing accessories, repairs or alterations.

Because products are pre-owned:

  • minor signs of use consistent with the stated condition may be present;

  • vintage sizing may differ from modern sizing;

  • measurements are approximate;

  • colours may appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings; and

  • original packaging, dust bags, receipts, tags, authenticity cards or other accessories are included only when expressly listed.

Customers should review the complete description and photographs before purchasing. Any specifically disclosed defect forms part of the product’s description and condition. This does not exclude your rights concerning undisclosed defects or other failures under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our condition ratings are guides only:

  • New/Unworn: No apparent use, although original retail packaging or tags may be absent.

  • Excellent: Minimal visible wear.

  • Very Good: Light wear consistent with careful use.

  • Good: Noticeable wear, with the item remaining functional.

  • Fair: Significant wear or defects, all material known issues being described in the listing.

4. Designer products and authenticity

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit goods.

Designer products are assessed using [describe your process—for example: internal inspection and/or an independent authentication provider]. Where applicable, the listing will state whether third-party authentication has been obtained and whether supporting documentation is included.

References to trademarks and designer names identify the genuine branded product being offered for resale. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any designer brand unless expressly stated.

If credible information indicates that an item sold as authentic may not be authentic, contact us promptly at [email] with the order number and supporting information. We may ask that the item be returned for further assessment. If the item is found not to be authentic or was materially misdescribed, we will provide the remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law, including a refund where applicable.

Any authenticity tag or security seal applied by us must remain attached while the customer evaluates the product, except where removing it is reasonably necessary to identify a defect or exercise a statutory right.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and [include/exclude] GST, where applicable. Delivery charges and any other applicable fees will be displayed before checkout.

We accept mastercard and visa. Your order is not complete until payment is authorised and we issue an order confirmation.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to purchase at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes and import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices unless expressly stated.

6. Delivery

We deliver to [delivery locations] using [carriers]. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by events outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Risk in the product passes to you when it is delivered to you, your nominated recipient or a location you have expressly authorised. If you authorise unattended delivery, you accept the risks reasonably associated with that instruction, subject to applicable law.

If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact us at honeybunnywardrobe2026@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and provide any remedy required by law. Please retain the packaging and photograph any damage.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal or failure to collect it, we may charge the reasonable cost of redelivery. This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Change-of-mind returns

No change-of-mind returns

We do not accept returns solely because a customer changes their mind, selects the wrong size or no longer wants the product. This policy does not limit rights relating to faulty, unsafe or misdescribed products under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Faulty, unsafe or misdescribed products

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement and may be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a failure is not major, we may be entitled to provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.

When determining acceptable quality for a second-hand product, relevant matters may include its age, price, condition, description and any defects disclosed before purchase.

A customer may not be entitled to a remedy where, for example:

  • the issue was clearly disclosed before purchase;

  • the customer inspected the product and that inspection should reasonably have revealed the issue;

  • the product was damaged through misuse, accidental damage, abnormal use or failure to follow reasonable care instructions; or

  • the customer simply changed their mind.

To request a remedy, contact honeybunnywardrobe2026@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where appropriate. We may ask you to return the product so it can be assessed. We will bear reasonable return costs where required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Care and alterations

Care instructions supplied with a product should be followed. Due to their age or materials, some pre-owned and vintage products may require specialist cleaning or repair.

Any cleaning, restoration or alteration performed after delivery is at the customer’s risk unless arranged by us or required as part of a statutory remedy. We are not responsible for damage caused by inappropriate cleaning, storage, repair or alteration.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes:

  • apply for the stated period and subject to any published conditions;

  • cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • cannot be applied retrospectively;

  • may not be combined unless expressly permitted; and

  • may be withdrawn or corrected where affected by an error, fraud or misuse.

Promotional conditions do not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Website text, original photographs, graphics, branding and other content owned by us may not be reproduced or commercially used without our written permission.

Product names, logos and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability arising under the Australian Consumer Law. Any statement on our website concerning condition, authenticity or product characteristics remains subject to applicable consumer guarantees.

15. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, carrier disruption, industrial action or failures of communications systems. 17. Changes to these terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply to orders placed after their publication and will not retrospectively alter an existing order unless agreed with the customer or required by law.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of that jurisdiction and any courts hearing appeals from them, without limiting any consumer’s right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where applicable law permits.
